很容易做的糕点(参考兰赛珍),这是第一次我教我的木脑女佣帮我煮的糯米饭,还好没出错。
家里蓝花很会开,整百朵的开,可以常常拿来玩。
材料:
糯米500克(我浸6小时)
浓椰浆--一粒椰
盐--一小匙
水--适量
蓝花泡热水
香蕉叶垫盘底
把煮好的糯米,1/3加蓝花茶,搅均,加入其他的糯米饭,搅均。然后放入有香蕉叶垫底的盘里压实,就可以了。
要吃时,沾咖椰。

Poisonous parts: Seeds and roots
Effects: Causes diarrhea when eaten in excess 
Uses: The leaves have been reported to be good for pimples and pustules. Water from the soaked leaves is used as an eye wash for eyes afflicted with a mild form of conjunctivitis. The roots are used in Indochina as purgative.
